maybe at the point where the value of the time you lost exceeds the cost in sending you the reimbursement - since 20 minutes is valued at less than 0.5 pence, I suspect you have some way to go yet

You had 15mins to change skill >.>
Also - it's only down for 20mins - AND if they didn't shut down to fix it you could have terrible problems/lag/losing ships etc if they left it till next DT - so I don't think it's too much of a hardship...also - surely anything you are training has longer than 35 mins to go? ;)

you do realize that "starting up" means nothing right? a month or so ago we had this very same discussion. "5 minutes til startup" turned into "not currently accpeting connections.
